It has a 4-core i7 running at 2.40 Ghz, 16 GB ram. I can feel your frustration as the $2,000+ per year should come with top notch technical support. If you're jumping up to higher versions it means you must be on a subscription. ![]() Perhaps OP's issues are due to AutoCAD 2021's attempt to integrate multiple cores into more operations. ![]() This is more the case for Revit than AutoCAD. I went to the Microsoft website and created an installation flash drive and then purchase a 20 dollar key from where ever I can find online selling on that cheap.Ī 'rule of thumb' for many AutoDesk programs is that they don't utilize multi-core processing as effectively as many other software packages. The most annoying part is installing windows, if you have a CD with windows you will want to make sure you throw a CD drive in there as well. If you go the route of building a computer, it's not that hard, the first time would take maybe 4 to 6 hours, but after that you could be able to build future ones in around an hour. Additionally depending on how you connect to the internet you may want a PCIe wireless card. This build does not include items like case fans, I typically purchase an ATX form factor case that has fans already installed, the one in the build is just a place holder. It should be noted that we have no lag issues at all with our computers when it comes to CAD and we also are working off a cloud based hybrid server which can slow things down occasionally. While my 1080 isn't "certified" for AutoDesk, it out performs the latest WX5100 build, but cost more. I personally use a 1080 graphics card instead, but I also do gaming. The most expensive part is the graphics card, the one in that build is the WX5100 which is AutoDesk certified, basically they have custom drivers for the card. I make modifications here and there based on availability of parts and prices, but this is a good base. ![]() I have built most of the computers in my company and the build at the following link is my typical go to build for both engineering and drafting computers.

![]() ![]() The serene environment is unique as the area surrounding the course has been developed through the years and includes several fast-food restaurants as well as a pair of thoroughfares that pass just north and south of the course. Instead, grass and trees including fig, banana and pecan, as well as a variety of plants cover the landscape. The clay, however, is nowhere to be found. On both holes, you tee off from the top of the embankment and hit down to the greens located in what was once the bottom of the clay mine. Steep embankments on the edge of the former mine walls can be found on several holes including Nos. Today, more than 50 years after the first ball was struck, the nine-hole course and the land on which it sits still exhibit signs of its original use. After months of planning and preparation, Butler Park Pitch and Putt opened on June 1, 1950. The city of Austin never hesitated and granted Kinser permission to build the course on the land. Kinser took his idea to the city in a meeting of city legislators. He wanted to build a nine-hole, par-3 golf course on the site. The city of Austin had two choices - clean up the land or leave it in its poor condition. Today, the property is considered an Austin landmark that is full of stories of sex, murder and, oh yeah, an occasional hole-in-one.Īfter years of mining clay on the small piece of land, Butler Brick closed down the mine in the late 1940s and turned the property over to the city of Austin. Since that time, the mine has closed and the land has gone through a transformation. It’s an odd choice that doesn’t really gel with this kind of top-down adventure game given the simplicity of combat, this kind of stamina system makes things more tedious rather than adding any layers of complexity. There’s no real penalty for not completing a task, but doing so will raise the town’s corresponding level which will give you access to better tools and upgrades.Įvery swing of your weapon, or dodge roll requires one tick of stamina so players need to really pay attention while fighting-particularly at the start of the game where your base stats are fairly low-unless they want to get wiped out by the Rot and lose the day. You’re not really tending to your own garden, watching it grow as the days go by instead, each day you’ll be given three requests-combat, maintenance, and foraging.
